Understanding Learning Pathways with Curriculum Analytics
This project aims to explore prominent challenges that programme directors face in managing a complex curriculum setting to meet the needs of a diverse student body, thereby identifying the interests and needs for analytics tools. The study intends to answer three main questions:
- What kinds of data would be useful for programme directors to manage and improve the quality of programme curriculum?
- What kind of functionality does a curriculum analytics tool need to offer?
- Are there any pedagogical or ethical concerns associated with the use of curriculum analytics tools?
