Developing an evidence-based institutional learning analytics policy

This was a workshop given at the EUNIS learning analytics event: using data to enhance learning and teaching at Aalto University Foundation, Helsinki, Finland on 12th October 2018. In this workshop, I talked about how the SHEILA framework was developed and how we could use the framework to develop institutional policy and strategy for learning analytics.
