This course was first taught on edX. It gives an overview of learning analytics in higher education and introduces the SHEILA framework that can be used to support strategy and policy formation in addition to readiness assessment. I taught this course with a group of researchers who collaborated on the SHEILA project (Supporting Higher Education to Integrate Learning Analytics).
